I've written to JRobbo and this is what he said which I think is great news!

Is anyone interested in downloading the data and ftp'ing it to his
server so the final XML would be available in finished format for
quick downloads by the community? I guess we'd need a volunteer for
each capital/regional as the guides obviously differ by location. See
http://wiki.dvbowners.com/index.php/JRobbo's_EPG_Guides for the list
of guides he currently hosts.

The advantage of this is that it would mean a) quicker access to the
guide data as it would be in finished XMLTV format ready to download
from his site, and b) less load on the source guide web servers.

If anyone is interested in volunteering please contact me and I'll put
you in touch with JRobbo.

Regards,
Phill
