[mythtv-users] Adding USB Webcam shifted PVR500 /dev/videoX names..

I am trying to get MythPhone working and when I loaded my USB webcam it 
took /dev/video0 and bumped both my PVR500's up by one to /dev/video1-4 
instead of 0-3. Anyone have this happen and know a way to force the USB 
device to the end? (IE: It may not be tehre all the time and I don't want 
my tuner's shifting around like that.
