I'd first find out which player you are actually using, then worry
about the key binding.  How is your MythTV box connected to your audio
output device (your TV, your home receiver; 1/8" stereo to RCA's,
Digital Coax..)?

To find out which player you are using, check your DVD settings, and
then the DVD player command.  The first part of the command should
show you which player you are using.
