[mythtv-users] MythCenter theme in default 0.19 release

The relase notes for 0.19 say that the MythCenter theme is now
included as part of the release:

"New theme (MythCenter), new plugin (MythFlix), and new contributed
programs (mythlcdserver, mythwelcome)"

I had version 0.17 of MythCenter installed on my FC3 setup installed
from ATrpm binary packages. I have noticed that this doesn't have a
container to handle the new program details info. I thought this was
the latest version of the theme and that it was just incomplete. But
then I found the theme fully working on an XBox installation so I know
there is a later version which works. The problem is that when I
uninstall the MythCenter package it doesn't come up in the list of
themes in teh setup screens. Surely it should if it's part of the base
release? What do I need to do to use the latest and greatest of this
excellent theme?
