[mythtv-users] Mythfrontend segfaults with mythlcdserver

New system mythtv installation and the mythfrontend was segment faulting
when I tried to bring it up. I removed the execution permission on
mythlcdserver and was then able to run the frontend so I could disable
it in the frontend settings. The only reason I suspected this link to
the issue was session logouts were hanging until I killed the
mythlcdserver process.
