There are some ideas for assigning /dev/video0, /dev/video1, etc., to specific tuner cards in the thread, "Solved: One PVR-250/pcHDTV combination", dated Jun 11 and Jun12. Maybe one of those ideas will work for your particular configuration. -- MM
