Use the 0.19 fixes branch will possibly fix it for you.

That made it better - no confusion about the file names - for me, but
didn't fix it.

Compiling with --no-eit did finally make LiveTV work on a frontend
machine.

That will mean you've got no guide data, but I get mine from an
alternate source (the Radio Times).
