You should also remember that the PVR-350 can only decode MPG2  
streams. If you plan on watching encrypted DVD's or other video  
formats, you'll need to rely on your processor to do the heavy  
lifting. But the quality is great. I can't tell the difference  
between it and cable direct to my TV.
