[mythtv-users] MPEG2 transcoding: Illegal video stream in resulting .mpg

I would email the -dev list first and ask them what info they need and if you
should file a ticket.  The guy that works on the transcoding code is pretty
responsive but he may not read the -users list as often as the -dev list.
