[mythtv-users] Mythfrontend 0.19 looking for mpg files?

Actally you are correct, it is smart enough.  On a
closer look, it does not seem to be able to create new
mpg files, even though the permissions have not
changed.

I am firing up mythbackend in a terminal window as
root, and mythfrontend in a second terminal as a
regular user.  Does it use the frontend or the
backend's permissions to save recordings?
