As far as I can recall, yes.  Go to the mythtv-users page you originally 
went to where you subscribed to the list.  There should be some options 
you can set there.  Among them are to receive the daily or weekly digest 
or receive your own posts.  I know it's in there somewhere because I 
remember specifically setting it not to send me digests or to send me my 
own posts.
