Are these on the same chanid/starttime or do you have two different
sources and chanids?  If you have two different channels with the same
show on them and you have duplicate matching off, then Myth will record
the same show twice.  If duplicate matching is on and they are determined
to be duplicates, one will be marked as "Earlier Showing" and not
recorded.
