[mythtv-users] Lossless mpeg2 cutting

After nearly filling up a 400GB drive with my mythtv recordings (from my hauppage
pvr250) using mythtv a pre 0.19 (svn snapshot - Nov 30, 2005). I have tried a few
applications (mythtranscode, nuvexport) to cut the commercials (using the cutlist)
keeping the video quality however, I could not get ether to work. nuvexport
terminates without doing anything and mythtranscode with the --honorcutlist does not
reduce the file size. Any ideas? I want to keep the mpegs in a format that i can
later use mythburn to put them on a dvd if I need.
