Forgot about the dmesg part.  I wanted to verify the card is loaded correctly, so here are my dmesg lines.  I don't see anything that reads HD3000 so it looks like it did not load correctly?

If this assumption is correct can someone point me to a thread on how to load the drivers/firmware using kernal version: 2.6.15-1.1833_FC4 with a PVR500 card installed at the same time.
