[mythtv-users] Can't start Live TV

I had Live TV work once, probably as  fluke, but havent been able to get it
running again.  Now I punch 'Live TV' and it just blinks, and I have the same
choices on the screen.

[ I am running with the current SVN as of 2345 MST Monday ]

Here is what appears in the log from mythbackend:

Now channel 5_1 does indeed exist.  Previously I had the default set to 2_1, 
which
also exists, and got the same message.

Where is it trying to create the ring-buffer?
My /mnt/video/Recordings dir has 777 permissions so that should be ok.

I dont kow enough about whats going on to make any sense of this...
