Umm... Just out of curiosity, how does this relate to DVB? The  
PVR-350 is an analog tuner that encodes the stream to MPEG-2 in  
hardware, not a DVB tuner. The PVR-350 doesn't convert TS to PS  
(Since the input is analog, it is neither), but can output its  
encoded stream into either one.
