I think it's always a good idea to post here first, to make sure it's  
not just a configuration problem or a known "feature". This is after  
searching the archives of course.

I'd be careful about criticizing the devs too much, they seem to be a  
sensitive bunch, but they do turn out good work :-) So many of the  
"bugs" that get reported to them are just operator error that I can  
understand it taking a *lot* of facts to demonstrate something is  
truly "broken". Look how many people reported 0.19 "broken" because  
it was recording all liveTV.
