I get the same picture on the TV and the CRT with my setup.

I have the line

	Option  "ActiveDevice"  "CRT TV"

right here in my Device section, and just before the following lines.

>         Option          "TVStandard"    "NTSC-J"
>         Option          "TVOutFormat"   "SVIDEO"
> EndSection


?? 	Tell the video section to make BOTH active???
