[mythtv-users] Can record from LiveTV but not from Guide or Manual

When you watch Live TV is it creating a recording file for that?  One of
the changes with 0.19 is that Live recordings are kept now in separate
files (not just in the ring buffer).  So, if you have no files whatsoever
in /myth/tv, then I would suspect permissions.  Otherwise - no idea...
