[mythtv-users] No audio in livetv and recordings

Hi all

I came accross that my MythTV is setting inappropriate values on the 
ivtv driver. I can happily do a

   mplayer /dev/video0

which works perfectly before I use MythTV fo the first time after a 
reboot. But in Mythtv I got no audio (and also none in the recordings). 
So I've checks the ivtvctl -C settings before, during, and after running 
livetv in MytTV and the rults is that the audio setting has changed 
after using MythTV.

So before using MythTV a ivtvctl -C shows a audio setting of 0xE9, 
during and after using MythTV livetv it has changed to 0xE5. With this 
setting I do not get audio anymore with mplayer as well. If I set that 
value back to 0xE9 all is well again (at least with mplayer).

Now my question is how do I prevent MythTV from changing that value or 
what may I have disconfigured during my try-and-error approach fixing it 
myself?
