[mythtv-users] dumb question about dvb-apps

I only have something called "scan".

It is reasonably clear to me that I don't have the right software, but
if I Google for dvb-apps, I always end up on the linuxtv.org site. Can
anybody just tell me exactly where they got the dvb-apps from?
