[mythtv-users] Scanning finds transports but no channels

I have moved house and when I tried to rescan I found the channels but
managed to screw things up so I totally removed mythtv and mysql and did
a reinstall.  

Now when I do a rescan, with what I am sure is the same original
frequency it locks onto the signal, finds the transports but does not
find any channels;(

Any ideas?
