[mythtv-users] upgrde woes

This may be a long shot, but I was having the same problem until I
unchecked 'use Open GL for V sync' in Settings -> TV Settings ->
Playback (IIRC).

Until I stumbled on that, I could maintain a decent WAF by using the
mythrestart script:

This will at least restart the frontend after every seg fault. Not a
permanent solution, but at least makes it tolerable until you can
track down the real problem.
