 	Simple... it's all crap.  As was pointed out before, to have more 
than crap costs more than anyone but broadcasters can pay.  They're 
*required* to have clean, standards-compliant signals.

 	Basically, any cable that has the correct impedance and doesn't 
have a ridiculous amount of loss will be just fine.  Think $10 for a 
decent copper video cable made from 75 Ohm coaxial cable.  Remember, the 
baseband frequencies for regular SDTV is at *MOST* 6MHz.  FM radio is from 
88-108MHz.  Impedance, line loss, etc are barely important at all for a 
typical 6' cable at those frequencies... that's why the extra-crappy ones 
get by without even coaxial cable.
