I just update 0.6.2 and I was having similar problem.  Changing the 
tuner  work for LiveTV but the schedule recording (strange)  Anyway I 
endup delete the capture card setting in mythtv-setup and re-add it 
back. Then it works. (Note: you also need to update the Input)  Give 
that a try.
