Hello. I'm running 0.18 on an XBox as a front-end right now (sorry, I
can't be more specific than that, but it's the same version used in
KnoppMyth R5A27), and I have a LIRC configuration for use with
MPlayer and Xine, in addition to MythTV. I'm using an XBox, and a
preconfigured front-end Xebian disk image.
LIRC works in MythTV perfectly, but if I try to use the remote with
an external program, like mplayer or Xine, the frontend retains LIRC
focus, and the invoked program is ignored. If I use the Internal
player, the remote functions fine. Same goes for the video playback,
calling up the OSD. Basically, all MythTV functions work, and prior
to Myth loading, the cursor in X is movable. Any suggestions as to
what I should do?
Thanks!
