[mythtv-users] Configuring TwinView for vga/component with a Nvidia GeForce 6600 AGP

Does anyone have a sample xorg.conf section that will configure a
Nvidia GeForce 6600 AGP to push a vga monitor out of the vga output
and HD 1080i component (1920x1080) out of the breakout box?  I've gone
through the Nvidea readme's and I can't get beyond a mess o' blocks on
the tv (a Sony KP-65WV600).  Even S-video is blockish.
