Its telling you it can't find the video_selector window definition in 
the mytharchive-ui.xml file.
All themes should use the same default UI files unless a theme has its 
own version.
Look like a screwed up install. Try looking for the mytharchive.xml file 
in the <PREFIX>/share/mythtv/themes/default directory.
