[mythtv-users] MythTV can't (safely) record UK Channel five

I have two myth boxes both with Hauppauge WinTV NOVA-T USB2 tuners.

Both run atrpms packaged versions of myth 0.20 but one running on FC3
and one FC4.

The one running on Fedora Core 4 records all channels perfectly but
since upgrading from myth 0.19 to 0.20 the FC3 box will never record
anything on channel 5, abc1, QVC or anything else on multiplex A.

The recordings seem to fail with different symptoms to John describes
though. Any scheduled recordings on the FC3 box just produce a zero byte
file (or few 100 byte files) rather than mythbackend crashing.

I have found that switching to any of these channels through LiveTV does
result in a few seconds of the channel being displayed (and a few
seconds recorded) to file before this somehow stalls. So I assume this
is actually a problem with DVB tuning method in 0.20 interacting with
the DiBcom 3000 driver in 2.6.12-2.3.legacy_FC3.
