Although.. hrmm.  Since this is an RCA universal remote, wouldn't it be
possible to configure the remote such that it thought it was sending to
a Phillips TV, and then the IR receiver on the PVR-150 should be able to
see it....

Hrmm..

Now, that goes back to where I was before: trying to figure out if I am
running irrecord properly. :)
