The Antec NSK2400 (review here
http://www.silentpcreview.com/article591-page1.html ) to the best of
my knowledge (and according to the review) was designed with quiet in
mind.

I'm tempted by that case, but their case matix does not show a match
for the Commell LV-667D that they carry, so I doubt that the heatpipe
will work, and will therefore not actually be fanless..

I'll probably stick with the SilenX Ixtrema Pro 60x25mm 16dBA Fan fan
with an adapter to replace my 40mm cpu fan and call it a day I guess.

Thanks again!
