Plasma's are pretty fragile, but if they're wall mounted then it
should be a problem (unless a baseball gets thrown at it...). LCD's
shouldn't have ghosting, at least not the good ones...

DLPs are prone to lemons, its the nature of the beast. Some will be
great, some won't, though even this vary's by model. Some models will
be 90% lemons, some only 30%... Which is why its so important to have
the warranty.

It does look as though LG no longer makes any rear projection HDTV's,
pushing their large format Plasma and LCD ($$$!).
