[mythtv-users] PVR-150 Accessing all channels

I have a PVR-150 installed and working on FC6 on a little demo box. I have Charter Com cable and I have my Zap2It account set up just for the basic expanded channels that I'm supposed to be able to get w/o a box but on my card I can only get channels 1-13. Anything above 13 just shows static. I don't get the garbled crap you normally get when a channel is encrypted. Is there a setting that needs to be changed for OTA mode to cable? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
