I'm a Cox Cable customer in Orange County, CA.  From my DCT6200-series box
via firewire, I get:

TNT (std and HD)
ESPN (std and HD)
USA
Cartoon
IFC
Sundance
7 different Encore movie channels

... and just about everything except HBO, Cinemax and Showtime.
