[mythtv-users] Upgrade from .19 to .20

I cannot run version 20 after upgrade from version 19.  When I run 
mythsetup, I get the following:

Cannot create a capture card, even though the screen appears to detect 
my tv card just fine.

Everything worked great in version .19.  HELP!
