Mouse support has recently been added, so it's in there, but limited  
at best. It will get better as people start to use it (and commit  
patches that made it better).

Someone just posted code to the dev list to enable scroll-wheel  
support for navigating the menus. Hopefully they will put together a  
proper patch and submit it for consideration as part of the codebase.
