[mythtv-users] No TV Output on PVR-350

I am following the instructions for creating mythtv on wilsonet.org. I
at the point where I test PVR-350 output to TV in section 10 subsection
Show PVR-350 Output info
<?SID&expandables=closed&ivtv=open&pvr350out=open>  . 
This is what I know:
When I run the command "ivtv modules setup"  I get a return of " ivtv:
command not found. Not sure if this has anything to do with the problem.
Next step: I run the command " cat /var/log/messages |grep "Itvc15 TV
out" I get no return message. Indicating a problem.
Next step: I run the command "/sbin/modprobe saa7127 test_image=1" I get
a return of " Option --localalpha must be either on or off" And no image
is displayed on the TV
I try the second test
"# /usr/bin/ivtvfbctl /dev/fb0 -noglobalalpha -localalpha
# dd if=/dev/video0 of=/dev/video16 bs=64k
(control-c to stop)
# /usr/bin/ivtvfbctl /dev/fb0 -globalalpha -nolocalalpha", and get a
return of  "Option --localalpha must be either on or off" And no image
is displayed on the TV.
I have run the capture TV test from tuner, and displayed the results
successfully on mycomputer monitor.
Can anyone please assist in helping getting my PVR-350 to display on the
TV so's I Kin move on. I swear I'm not holding my tounge right or
something.
