[mythtv-users] DVB-S strong signal but No Lock

I've installed a Skystar2 satellite card in my amd64 fedora core 5 box. I 
can watch streams using xine and szap.  In setup I can add channels using 
the channel scan.  The card succesfully locks to the signal.    I then try 
to watch live tv and nothing shows on screen except the OSD.  It says that 
the signal strength is 78% and "no lock".  I tried setting up a manual 
record but nothing gets put in the file, the file is created but it never 
gets filled.  I do a cat on /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0 and it show nothing.

Anyone had anything similar?  Any suggestions?
