Same problems here last night, could view the file in a web browser 
after repeated attempts to load, wget would try and try , occasionaly 
get the file, mostly not.
It would start to update the guide data once in 30 goes, then the 
raidotimes server was closing the connection with html error 500 
(internal server error).
Just refreshed it when I got in from work and all OK now (crosses fingers!)
