Good to hear you got it fixed, will make recommending mATX boards all
the easier =) Try using "720x576" without a defined Modeline, iirc,
the driver should pick the best modeline options for the output you
define (so for TV-out, something NTSC compat). Or try a PAL modeline
from

As for HDTV, depends on the TV and if it's EDID information is good or
not. With the Mits my friend just purchased I plugged my mythfrontend
into it and was able to use the "built-in" nvidia modes for HD and
they work perfectly. My old Sanyo 1080i CRT did not afford this
luxery.
