That's because there is no cutlist. Commercial flagging does what the
name suggests. It flags commercials. No cutting involved. You can
choose to load the commercial flags as a cutlist. wiki can help you
there. Most people prefer not to do this by default because
commercial flagging is not always accurate and you risk losing pieces
of your program (or the entire program in extreme cases).
The typical use case is to automatically flag commercials.
Edit the recording.
Load the commercial flags as cutpoints.
Manually adjust the cutpoints to make sure it's actually cutting
where you want it to cut.
Remove the unwanted pieces.
