nope, didn't work for me(usb-uirt, fc5, dish 322 and remote #119946)
Just like before:(
lircd-0.7.1[27239]: accepted new client on /dev/lircd
lircd-0.7.1[27239]: uirt2usb_raw: UIRT version 0509 ok
lircd-0.7.1[27239]: uirt2usb_send: remote not supported
lircd-0.7.1[27239]: error processing command: SEND_ONCE serial-echostar cancel
lircd-0.7.1[27239]: transmission failed
lircd-0.7.1[27239]: removed client
