In "Video Settings" under player config, anything set to "Internal"
will use the internal player. You can create special rules for
specific video file types and choose to have them use mplayer, xine,
Internal, or anything else.

If nowhere eles, you can find the command functions under "setup" in
the key config menus...

I've noticed that the internal player has improved a fair bit
recently, and it really is cool to use timestretch while playing a DVD
:)
