dunno about transcode but if you *did* happen to have a working ffmpeg / 
nuvexport install then that does have options for ipod videos. it's been 
disabled / non-functioning in the past but i think they've been working on 
getting it functioning lately so the latest nuvexport versions might be ok 
with it...
