You're obviously missing the ivtv kernel modules for your installed
kernel. atrpms.net cannot keep copies of all kmdls for all kernels,
and so tends to keep only current versions online. They have the
kernel module for the 2187 FC5 kernel which you can see from smart's
output, so if you upgrade the kernel you should be able to get the
relevant kernel modules at the same time:
