[mythtv-users] XFCE / Xubuntu questions

I'm using Xubuntu on my new frontend. I just cannot solve the
following two issues:

- How can I deactivate the screen saver while the frontend is running?

- How can I enable auto-logon? I already tweaked /etc/gdm/gdm.conf but
it still asks for a username on every boot:

AutomaticLoginEnable=true
AutomaticLogin=mythtv
