[mythtv-users] OT: replace AC3 track in ts file?

I've got some ts HDTV streams with stereo AC3 tracks, I've also got a
5.1 version of those AC3 tracks as a seperate file. I'd like to
replace the stereo AC3 track with the 5.1, or add the 5.1 as the main
track with the stereo track as the secondary track. Anyone know a good
way to do this?
