The http://xmltv.radiotimes.com/xmltv/channels.dat file is currently
broken - it normally contains the listing of channels available and
their RT codes - currently it contains a broken webpage containing the
message "The Radio Times listings are currently unavailable; normal
service will be resumed as soon as possible. We apologise for any
inconvenience caused"

Hopefully this will be fixed shortly.
