painless as long as you have physical access to the machine and
upgrade 1 at a time (FC4->5->6, not FC4->6) and do it via the cd-boot.

As for myth, .19 to .20 was the easiest myth upgrade ever.  I had not
one single issue with the upgrade, which was the first for a myth
upgrade for me.

The only "change" was that it doesn't by default chnage to the
internal player for mythvideo, but your old xine/mplayer settings
should work until you change it manually.
