It's nice looking, and the basis for a decent MythTV machine if the
software were installed (which they won't because of potential patent
issues - i.e. MP3, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, etc.) If I recall correctly it uses
the same motherboard (ASUS M2NPV-VM) that I plan on buying when I upgrade
my frontend system to an AM2 CPU. We have a system built on that
motherboard at work, and I am very impressed with the plentiful video
output options.

However, if you get their lowest price configuration, it is barebones, so
you have to supply your own RAM, CPU and hard drive. While the Sempron
3000+ in the full package isn't a bad CPU, I really wonder how it would
hold up for HD, even with XvMC enabled.

If I was looking for a new frontend, I'd consider buying (a barebones)
one, just because the case is nice and small, and I'd be sticking a hefty
CPU in it. However, I can't justify the new case when I have a (somewhat,
after some mods) quiet Silverstone LC10 sitting underneath the TV.
